        When Mr. Cook leave the home of his friends while under the influence of alcohol, he cutting very well the responsibility of control a automobile while under the influence and willingly left the party, wise(p) that he couldnt drive at all. He wouldnt except back up from friends because of the fact that early that night he had gotten into an argument with his friends economise and left anger and drunk. Then took it upon himself to leave the party wise(p) that he was in no condition to drive.

        When he started the political machine and left the home of his friends he willingly took upon him the responsibility of driving under the influence and his actions during this time would be his alone.

Jaden acted on her beliefs that a blood blood transfusion was against things that she believed in and in my own religious beliefs I would stand in the same shoes as her if someone tramp me into a situation where I thought I aptitude go against my beliefs.

        So I believe that Mr. Cook took by Mrs. Jadens rights, he put her into a position that she could no lengthy control; it was now in Gods hands so to speak. So he is guilty of taking away someones freedom and because guilty as any man could be.
